To understand how billing works, you only need to understand one thing:
in BeeMessage, everything revolves around the Organization.

F.A.Q
1) What is an Organization?
An Organization is like your company inside BeeMessage.
When you create your account, you create an Organization. Inside it, you already get access to 1 Project, depending on your plan. The Free plan has some limitations.
✅ Everything that is billed is connected to the Organization: plan, add-ons, limits, and overages.
2) What is a Project?
A Project is a WhatsApp connection.
Think of it this way: if the Organization is the company, the Project is like the WhatsApp number of a salesperson, department, or business unit.
Each Project represents 1 connected WhatsApp number, and inside it you organize:
-The scheduled messages for that number
-The sequences it uses to communicate
-The tags, contacts, and routines for that Project
Bought a new Project? It becomes another number, or another connection, inside the same Organization.
3) How do users, contacts, and overages work?
Some limits and add-ons also belong to the Organization, for example:
-Additional users, meaning people with access to the system
-Additional contacts, when you exceed your plan limit
In other words: you purchase for the Organization and then distribute usage across your Projects.
Quick example:
If your Organization has 5 users, you can distribute those users across your Projects, meaning multiple numbers, in whatever way makes sense for your operation.
4) What if I have more than one Organization?
Each Organization is separate, as if they were different companies.
So:
-Purchased Projects belong to a specific Organization
-Add-ons and overages, such as users or contacts, also belong to a specific Organization
If you have 2 Organizations, you’ll choose which one that Project or add-on will be active in.
